This project integrates end to end travel solutions, including trip planning, live traffic monitoring, alternative route suggestions, rest area navigation, and emergency service access, creating a seamless, safe, and user friendly experience for homecoming travelers.
For the GoMudikku project, I designed an end to end UI/UX solution focused on addressing the real challenges travelers face during the Lebaran homecoming season. The process began with identifying key user pain points, including traffic congestion, difficulty finding rest areas, limited access to real-time traffic information, and a lack of emergency service visibility.
Based on these insights, I designed the complete user experience from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces ensuring that every feature directly solved users’ needs. The final solution enables travelers to plan their trips, monitor live traffic conditions, discover alternative routes, locate nearby rest areas, and quickly access emergency services through a simple, intuitive, and user centered mobile experience. This end to end approach ensured the application delivered practical value throughout the entire journey.
